Partner (Provisional) - Subclass 309 Visa (Offshore)
The purpose of the subclass 309 - Partner (Provisional) visa is to allow the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to enter or remain in Australia. The applicant is initially granted a temporary visa, and is eligible for permanent residency if the relationship still exists after a two-year waiting period.
Partner (Temporary) - Subclass 820 Visa (Onshore)
The purpose of the subclass 820 - Partner Visa (temporary) is to allow the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to enter or remain in Australia. The applicant is initially granted a temporary visa, and is eligible for permanent residency if the relationship still exists after a two-year waiting period.
Prospective Marriage - Subclass 300 Visa
The purpose of the 300 – Prospective Marriage visa is to allow the fiancé(e) of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to travel to Australia in order to be married. The marriage must take place within nine months of the visa grant date, following which the applicant is eligible to apply for a Partner visa.
Dependent Child (Applicant Aged 18+) - Subclass 445 Visa
The subclass 445 - Dependent Child visa allows the dependent child of a permanent Partner visa applicant to travel to and/or remain in Australia until the parent’s visa application is decided. If granted a subclass 445 - Dependent Child visa, the child must then apply to be added to their parent’s permanent Partner visa application
Dependent Child (Applicant Aged Under 18) - Subclass 445 Visa
The subclass 445 – Dependent Child Visa visa allows the dependent child of a permanent Partner visa applicant to travel to and/or remain in Australia until the parent’s visa application is decided. If granted a subclass 445 – Dependent Child Visa, the child must then apply to be added to their parent’s permanent Partner visa application.
Contributory Parent - Subclass 143 Visa
The purpose of the 143 - Contributory Parent visa is to allow the parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to migrate permanently to Australia. Subclass 143 - Contributory Parent visa applicants pay an additional charge to the Australian Government, in exchange for faster visa processing.
Contributory Parent (Temporary) - Subclass 173 Visa
The purpose of the 173 – Contributory Parent visa is to allow the parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens to reside in Australia for up to two years. Contributory Parent visa applicants pay an additional charge to the Australian Government, in exchange for faster visa processing.
Aged Parent - Subclass 804 Visa
The purpose of the subclass 804 – Aged Parent visa is to allow the older parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens to reside permanently in Australia.
Contributory Aged Parent - Subclass 864 Visa
The purpose of the subclass 864 - Contributory Aged Parent visa is to allow the older parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to reside permanently in Australia. Subclass 864 - Contributory Aged Parent visa applicants pay an additional charge to the Australian Government, in exchange for faster visa processing.
Sponsored Parent (Temporary) - Subclass 870 Visa
The purpose of the subclass 870 – Sponsored Parent (Temporary) visa is to allow the parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens to reside in Australia temporarily for up to a total of ten years.
Contributory Aged Parent (Temporary) - Subclass 884 Visa
The purpose of the subclass 884 – Contributory Aged Parent visa is to allow the older parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible NZ citizens to reside in Australia for up to two years. Contributory Aged Parent applicants pay an additional charge to the Australian Government, in exchange for faster visa processing.
